THE SHOP

I worded on finishing up the new shop today but I am still not done!  :(  I ran into some snags with the last project for the shop.  I am building a conveyor dryer using my 16 x 16  flash dryer.  It is a very simple plan but I got tired of running to the hardware store.  I am hoping to win a BBC Little Buddy Conveyor dryer in this months blogger contest but I always have a back up plan.  :)  I will be going into major production with my designs and having a conveyor dryer of any sort will be very helpful.

THE DESIGNS

Choices, choices, choices!  I love when I have choices.  I love to look at a menu and have TONS of choices.  Even though it may take me a few extra minutes to choose an option, I get disappointed when my choices are limited.  This is the philosophy I have with my business.  I want my customers to have choices.  Some people like their shirts  form fitting where others like a little extra room.  I look terrible in pink and would be disappointed if I really loved a shirt design but it only came in pink.   With that in mind, my plan is to offer my designs in 2-3 different colors and at least 2 styles.  I think this will improve my customer base tremendously.  A few months ago I took a survey on favorite shirt colors but I think I will take another one and see what comes back.
