DELAYS!!! :(

I was supposed to have blank shirts and totes delivered today but they will not be here until tomorrow. Not good! I needed to print a few shirts and deliver them tonight. Guess they will have to wait another day. :(

I got up early today to prep some screens. I really need a UV exposure unit because I am having a hard time getting the emulsion off the screen. I think I am over exposing the screen or something. I also messed up the other day when I was cleaning the ink off the screen. I ended up mixing emulsion remover with my screen wash 147. Yikes!! Everyday sure is a learning experience.

I need to contact Ryonet and see if they carry a stronger emulsion remover and also figure out what they use for a dip tank. It would be nice to let the screens soak for a while. Before I move to a dip tank though, I need to change all my screens to aluminum frames or the roller frames. The wood frames would warp to fast from being exposed to so much water and chemicals.

The SUPER ZOO Convention is in town. It started today and runs until Thursday. It is an all pet related convention. Since The Pondering Pooch is all about dogs, I need to go check it out. I wish my business was more progressed. It would be nice to hand out some business cards and make some contacts. I may still hand out business cards. At least I can get people following my blog and Facebook Fan Page. I am still pushing hard to launch the website sometime in October. :)
