VICTORY IS MNE!!!!!

I have VICTORY over the big, bad, dirty screens!!  A pressure washer, a little muscle and a little patience and I have won.  The screens look FANTASTIC.  No need for re-meshing!!  Sweet!  :)  I love saving money.

I am letting the cleaning solutions sit on the screens for 8 to 10 minutes, especially the Citra-Paste and the Dehazer.  I am getting the ghost images and emulsion off my older screens too.  I am so very happy.  I have had this problem since I started and I was getting very irritated.  I felt like I was ruining all my screens.  Now I know I need to let the chemicals sit on the screens a little longer and use a pressure washer.

I love my pressure washer.  I will definitely not be going back to the garden hose.  It may still work since I am leaving the chemicals on longer but a pressure washer works SO much better.

Now I am getting anxious to print my shirts.  I was very frustrated before because my screens looked like crap.  One more step in the right direction.  :)  My next little issue is exposure times.  That was part of my problem with the wash-out.  I do have a UV exposure unit on the way which will be great.  But I still need to figure out the right time with the 500watt unit.  I had less problem when I exposed for 11+ minutes.  I think I will go back to that for now.  I am headed out to pick up a new bulb for the light so that should help as well.
