MERRY CHRISTMAS and GOO GONE

First of all, I want to wish everyone a very MERRY CHRISTMAS.  I hope your day is filled with lots of love and laughter.  My Christmas was terrific.  I am blessed to have such a wonderful family and truly great friends.

I am trying to be consistent with my blog entries by posting twice a week.  Today is the end of my week so even though its Christmas and I should be taking the day off, I need to get a post up today.  :)

In my video  "SCREEN PRINTING TIPS AND TRICKS TO SAVE YOU MONEY",  I mentioned the wonders of Goo Gone.  I wanted to post some pictures so you could see the results of using Goo Gone.  I was doing my rounds at some yard sales one weekend and came across a yard sale with screen printing stuff.  The guy wanted $40 for 20+ used screens, a squeegee, a vacuum platen and a standard shirt platen.  The stuff was not in the best shape so I kind of hesitated at the price.  Well, the guy ended up just giving me the stuff because it was taking up space.  :)  I certainly couldn't pass up FREE!!  The only thing I really wanted was the platen but I took it all.  I found a home for the stuff I did not want.

The shirt platen was SO nasty.  I wasn't even sure I could get it clean.  Here is a picture of the platen BEFORE I used Goo Gone on it.

Pallet tape is great but I LOVE to save money.  When my platen gets a little yucky, I spray Goo Gone on it and it comes clean as new.  I works great and its CHEAP!!
